Rachel Azevedo Scholarship - Harvesting Hope

Available to students who have maintained a 3.0 or greater GPA and who fit one of the following: A. Applicant is pursuing a career in oncology or cancer research, B. Applicant has survived cancer, C. Applicant must have been a primary caregiver to or family member of someone affected by cancer. Applicant must answer a short questionnaire and submit an essay in one of two areas: 1. If you entering an oncology or cancer research field, you must explain why you have chosen to do so. If your life or your family’s life has been affected by cancer, you must explain that impact.
