Dr. and Mrs. Jacob S. Barber Future Healthcare Provider Scholarship

Available to students who have: a GPA of 3.0 or higher; an SAT score of 1250 or an ACT of 26 or higher; and participation in sports, music, art, community service, or work experience/internships. Applicants must submit an essay of no more than two double-spaced pages and no more than five paragraphs answering the following questions:
1. What made you interested in a career in healthcare and how have you prepared yourself to know that is what you want to do?
2. What healthcare career are you planning on going to college for and how would you utilize your education/skills for the Central Valley community?
